In my process, I plan everything and every step. This process painting was a way for me to just let loose. Every week for five weeks, I went in with no idea of what I would create. I would grab random supplies and go for it. Each week I would create a piece, document it, and then cover it the next week with a new piece in which I would destroy the previous work, only living its photo to prove its existence. This was definitely a challenge for me, but one that I was able to get into to and make my own. this is something that helped me to not put myself into a box with my process and get back into just going for it, not everything has to be perfectly planned.
