This piece show cases what the inside of myself looks like. What became a process painting, I went in everyday like you would to write in a journal. For seven days, I spent time with this piece, expressively drawing, painting, and inking my emotions and thoughts of that day onto the paper taking up as much space as I needed until I felt complete. I went for as long as it took for me to feel some type of relief. Over the week, my emotions of rage, sorrow, loneliness, happiness, excitement, and bleakness began to fill the space of my open head because for me, everything that I am lives in my head. I am more in my head than I am anywhere else in the world.
